Tulsa police arrested a suspect in a rape that happened early Monday morning.
Police arrested Willis David Sisco for first degree rape, rape by instrumentation, forcible sodomy, and burglary.
The 20-year old victim told police a man knocked on the door at her apartment near 51st and Yale just before 2 a.m. She thought it was her child’s father so she opened the door.
She said the man raped her. Police a suspect around 1 p.m. on Monday afternoon. Sisco is being held on $147,000 bond.
