UPDATE -- Tulsa Police officers are looking for another peron of interest in the shooting that took place in the 4800 BLK. of N. Yorktown Place Tuesday. Police are looking for Michael Eugene Jackson.
UPDATE -- Homicide Detectives arrested Cedric Jackson for 1st Degree Murder. Jackson had been listed as a person of interest in the homicide that occurred on 11/10/09, at 4804 N. Yorktown Place.
TULSA, Okla. (AP) — Tulsa police are looking for a 29-year-old man in the shooting death of one man and wounding of another near an elementary school.
Police say they want to question Cedric Jackson in connection with the shooting and say he may be heading to the town of Slick in southeastern Creek County.
The shooting occurred just after 4:30 p.m. Tuesday outside a home near William Penn Elementary school and left a 31-year-old man dead and a 26-year-old man wounded.
No other injuries are reported and the names of the victims haven't been released.
