The Mayor says "this issue will remain on the top of my list moving forward". Mr. Mayor, in the last two years there have been 26 homicides in this area. There has been 8 homicides in this apartment complex alone. Where have you been? What have you been doing? Why now are you so concerned. This area of town should of been addressed by you along time ago. You, the district attorney, the city council, all need to be turned out of office. The citizens know nothing changes unless there is a plan to change it, you have showed none, why should they expect you will now? Go away, we will change it and we will start that change by electing government officials who have a plan to change it.

Fairmont Terrace is a big complex. 4 women found tied up and dead in an apt. with a child present. In the day time. NO ONE HEARD GUNSHOTS. What, a silencer was used??? I doubt it, but possible. I wonder why the friend felt the need "to go check on" four grown women? Then the friend called 911. Did the friend know the baby was in there? Couldn't bear the thought of the child left in such a horrific situation? TPD should start with the "friend". Sometimes in that element, (past social work exp.) young or older women enter into agreements with dealers in which they are paid for their dwelling to be a "stash house". One of the twins told a friend they had been robbed two weeks prior. If that robbery was not reported to TPD then the apt. was very possibly a "stash house". If individuals thought it was.......it left everyone in that apt. in danger. Places like Fairmont Terrace have their own subculture, with its own rules, and unfortunately its own consequences.......... If the City of Tulsa is truly committed to solving this crime and making an example of whomever murdered these four women (one in front of her own child, who is now victimized for life) they would offer a substantial reward on Crime Stoppers. The information will come pouring in from individuals who know what happened. It's a very impoverished area where money will talk.
