A man is arrested in Owasso after being accused of sexually harassing a female employee at a Walmart. Officers were called to the Walmart near East 96th Street North and Highway 169 around 11:00pm Friday.

The victim told officers Joshua Traub was standing in her way as she worked. When she went around Traub, he followed her and asked when she got off work. Traub continued to ask her questions and the victim eventually told him she was engaged. The arrest report states the victim said Traub seemed annoyed with her after that and said “good for you.” The woman said he then “smacked her on the behind.”

The woman told police a little bit later she saw Traub opening the door to the women’s restroom. She informed a manager who later gave police surveillance tape of Traub looking around the women’s restroom.

Officers say Traub then ran to a car in the parking lot telling them someone was chasing after him and he needed to get away. A person in the car told officers when they found out it was an employee chasing Traub they stopped the car and asked him to get out. Officers were able to get in contact with Traub and arrested him at a Hampton Inn. During booking, Traub was not cooperating with officers and they say he gave several incorrect and misleading answers to questions.

Traub was booked into the Tulsa County Jail on charges of sexual battery, peeping tom and obstruction. He is being held on a $3,000 bond.

Addison101 the dude sexually assaulted someone looked for more victims in the bathroom and then tried to run. The popo's do not know if the guy could harm the person who gave him a lift or not so they do not need to give a "warning" to someone they consider at the time dangerous. #No brainer.

Feel no sympathy. I used to know this dude and actually know the guy who made him "get out of the car" the cops did charge up on him with guns drawn for no warning and he didn't run out of the store he was actually escorted of the premises. Not saying anything he did was okay but if you are a news station try to not let people cloud up your story. Take all "truths" with a grain of salt and a shot of penicillin. Haha
