Oh yeah, this makes perfect sense. A pedophile is going out looking for kids to molest and he's going dress up in a costume that screams to to the world "Hey I want to screw your kid!" Most people labeled sex offenders are not really sex offenders. They were drunk and did something silly at the pool and showed their ass, and they were charged with indecent exposure and subsequently labeled sex offenders. Others were caught urinating behind a tree or dumpster peeing, or some similar nonsense and charged with indecent exposure. Some were 'mooning' each other from cars, being silly, some were just walking around their yard naked and drunk. Many so called 'sex offenders' were not having any sort of sex activity at all. The label means absolutely nothing, the charges mean everything.
