The Pawnee School Board has set a date for a hearing about the dismissal of a girl's basketball coach.

The Pawnee School Board Superintendent recommended Jeff Tatum should be dismissed. The board did relieve Tatum of coaching duties before the scheduled hearing.

Tatum was suspended from the school, but neither Tatum or the school would comment on why he was suspended.

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigations announced they are looking into allegations of sexual misconduct between a Pawnee High School teacher and a student. They have not identified the teacher being investigated.

The hearing is now scheduled for May 16th.
