Owners of Scott's Hamburger pass away

The Bixby community is mourning after the deaths of the owners of Scott’s Hamburgers.

Kenny and Glenda Simmons died suddenly on Wednesday. Kenny Simmons was in ICU battling cancer and Glenda Simmons was visiting him when she had a heart attack and passed away. Kenny Simmons died not long after his wife.

The restaurant’s Facebook page has been flooded with posts of people offering thoughts and prayers to the family.

Oh man how sad...We used to eat those big old cheeseburgers once a week...sad. RIP Your food was the best.
