Owasso police arrest suspected online predator

The Owasso Police Department arrested a man for allegedly propositioning a 13-year old boy.

Police say they were alerted about a man that propositioned a teen on Jan. 27. They said a detective communicated with the suspect pretending to be the boy and scheduled a meeting on Jan. 31st.

When the suspect, Joshua Dale Snow, arrived police took him into custody. He faces charges of lewd acts or proposals to a child, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, procuring a minor for child pornography and unlawful delivery of marijuana.
