Owasso man arrested for hit & run

An Owasso man is out of jail, after police arrested him for a hit and run.
Officers arrested 26-year-old Chad Woodard Tuesday on complaints of driving under the influence, interfering with a police officer, leaving the scene of an injury accident, and no proof of insurance.
A witness told police Woodard struck a person that afternoon. The witness then followed him to a home. Officers went to the home and arrested Woodard and two women.
The arrest report said Woodard had slurred speech, watery eyes, and slow response. He bonded out of jail on $11,700.
