Modern HealthCare magazine named Bailey Medical Center one of the 100 Best Places to Work in Healthcare.
Bailey Medical Center is the only Tulsa-area hospital to make the list, one other hospital in Oklahoma made the list.
“Being recognized as one of the top 100 places to work in healthcare is an extraordinary honor,” said Keith Mason, Bailey Medical Center Chief Executive Officer. “Our goal is to create an environment that encourages employee growth, collaboration and engagement to improve our patient’s experience and medical care. This distinction would not have been possible without our employees’ commitment to our hospital, our community, our patients and each other.”
Modern Healthcare surveyed employers and employees about company policies and practices, benefits, demographics, work environment, leadership and planning, and culture and communication, among others to determine their list.
Bailey Medical Center has also been named one of the 100 Best Places to Work in HealthCare by Becker’s Hospital Review for 2011 and 2012.
