Owasso city councilors will meet to discuss details of the investigation concerning city manager Rodney Ray on Friday evening.

Ray is on paid leave. He reportedly asked for a police video of a traffic stop involving vice-mayor Chris Kelley to be erased.

There are also questions about how Ray handled a donation from a reserve police officer. There is no agenda item to take action against Ray.

Ray is scheduled to be in court in July for charges of writing a bad check and making a false police report.
