Overturned semi closes 169 entrance ramp

 A semi overturned on the entrance ramp from Pine to Highway 169 forcing officers to close the ramp during the lunch hour.

According to police, the truck was carrying powdered cement.  When the driver was turning left to get on to southbound Highway 169, the load shift, causing the truck to tip over.

Officers tell FOX23 a citation was issued to the driver.
