Overnight crash could lead to DUI charge

A Tulsa man could face a DUI charge after flipping his car in an accident early Thursday morning.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol responded to the accident just after 1 a.m. near highway 75 and I-44 in west Tulsa.

OHP said the man, who is in his mid-50s, had been drinking when he hit a guard rail and flipped his car onto its side.

Paramedics took him to the hospital as a precaution.
