Actors and actresses that lose out on the Oscar will get a swag bag worth $50,000.
The “Everybody Wins at the Oscar” bag is given to the losing nominee in every major category. This year the swag includes a one-of-a-kind bejeweled hand sanitizer, the ingredients for a special post-Oscar cocktail, unique jewels and even an African Safari to Zimbabwe!
Distinctive Assets, the company that puts together the gift bags, released quotes from celebrities including Oprah who loved their swag bags. The company also puts swag bags together for GRAMMY Awards, the Tony Awards, the People's Choice Awards, the Academy of Country Music Awards, the NAACP Image Awards, the MTV Movie Awards and the Kids' Choice Awards.
