Osage County robbery suspects in court

Two people charged with robbing an Osage County man shortly before he disappeared will be in court Friday.
Rusty Petty and Trysta Shaffer are accused of robbing Timothy Hauser. His remains were found by a hunter in December just miles outside of Bartlesville.
A hearing was scheduled last month, but prosecutors delayed it to wait on an autopsy report to determine whether Petty and Shaffer should be charged with murder.
