A Henryetta man died in a car crash early Sunday morning while driving on State Highway 266.
Richard Pulliam, 42, was pronounced dead on the scene after suffering from head and internal injuries, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.
Troopers say Pulliam was driving eastbound on Highway 266 in Okmulgee County when he drifted off the roadway. Pulliam's truck went into a ditch, rolling over once. The vehicle then hit a tree. Pulliam was ejected from the vehicle.
Troopers say Pulliam was not wearing a seat-belt.
