Two bills that would make it harder for girls under the age of 18 to have an abortion without telling their parents have passed the Oklahoma House.
The first bill requires parents to be notified in all cases, except for medical emergencies or if the girl was sexually or physically abused by a parent.
The second bill would limit how judges could decide to let an abortion be done without telling the parents. Both bills still have to be approved by the Senate.
