That all sounds really good. If you are going to pull it then shoot. When you shoot shoot to kill. That way when it comes up it's YOUR word in court. A few years ago a concerned neighbor noticed that a car had wrecked into his neighbors side of their townhouse condominium. Wanting to be a vigilant neighbor he went over to investigate. While he was there the driver that wrecked the car returned startling the vigilant neighbor . The vigilant neighbor pointed his gun at the reckless driver. When he pulled the trigger the gun went click. The wreckless driver seeing an opportunity to avoid being shot grabbed the gun and SHOT the vigilant neighbor killing him dead. If the vigilant neighbor had never brought the gun into play he might still be here today. I guess the vigilant neighbor was too excited to remember that the first cylinder was empty (for gun safety) :-( the reckless driver was an active marine who had just returned from the middle east. Would that be murder or self defense??? I'm not trying to say don't arm yourself but make double shire that you know what you are doing.
