I am typically religously sensitive and try to support others' point of views, but some of the religious head coverings are so elaborate it is difficult to even see their eyes. If you can't respect the no hats, hoods or sunglasses policy that are designed to protect both employess and customers, take your business somewhere else.

Omg I work at a bank and we would never ask such a thing of our clientelle. Thats stupid. Sunglasses, maybe. But gimme a break. "Hey can you shave off your jewish beard so we can see your face better?" Ridiculous and that is terrible for business with that bank.
