Officer involved shooting in Pryor investigated by OSBI

The Mayes County Sheriff's Department requested the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation look into a police involved shooting at a Pryor motel on Tuesday morning.

Of course the officers involved in the killing deserve a trial, but so did the man they killed. How do you handcuff someone and walk away without so much as checking his beltline for a gun? The OSBI will provide them with the script to follow, so unless the FBI gets involved, it's covered up.

this policeman deserves the same rights as every american,innocent untill proven guilty, to say all cops are bad is just silly, I've met good ones I've met not so good ones,but the same I said about the other guy,that eventually confessed goes for this guy to, and I still think publicity like this will hinder his chance of getting a fair trial,

There's never any such thing as an "accidental shooting" by a police officer. If a cops gun goes off, they all agree on a story to justify it, and the union makes sure there arent any consequences.
