The West Siloam Springs Police Department requested OSBI assistance Monday evening on reports of a fetus possibly being buried.

On Tuesday morning OSBI agents began digging up the driveway of a home where the report claimed a fetus was buried. On Wednesday agents used cadaver dogs to search the area and nothing was found.

Agents say since no remains have been found they are no longer involved in the case.

Now that the old driveway has been removed, the homeowners can begin construction on the new one, sure saved a lot of cost on labor.
