Oral Roberts University will host a free Christmas Celebration Concert for the entire family.

The event will be held Nov. 30, 2012 at the ORU Mabee Center. Admission is free with the donation of a new, unwrapped toy which will be given to underprivileged children in the Tulsa area through the Salvation Army.

A completely free Children’s Christmas Carnival, which includes complimentary photos with Santa, will be held on the upper level concourse of the Mabee Center before the concert from 6:15 p.m. – 7:15 p.m. The concourse will be transformed into fun for the whole family with games, hands-on activities, Christmas treats, a visit from the North Pole, and many more holiday surprises.

The Christmas concert will begin at 7:30 p.m. and feature a variety of Christmas music. Performers include the ORU combined choirs and orchestra as well as guest performers Kelly Ford, Jason Swanson, the Lincoln Christian School Children’s Honor Choir and Souls A'Fire.

This joyful celebration of Christmas is open to the public and provides a perfect way to begin the holiday season.
