Thank you Officer Brown for assisting this unfortunate dog. Makes me proud to be married to an OK trooper. Over the years, I have known many troopers to assist animals of all kinds which demonstrates their compassion and concern for life. I will put my own name on the adoption list for this precious girl. I don't know what "Unwashed Mass" real agenda is but when YOU need a trooper pal-I hope he or she is busy helping someone who appreciates them and the service they provide the community-often at the risk of their own life.

This might have not happened if it weren't right across the street from the OHP HQ. The need to offset recent bad publicity might have also been in play here, if someone ordered them to do it.

Kudos to those officers for being at the right place at the right time and doing the right thing rather than just drive by and allow her to be killed! Thank you so much for doing what so many would not have done! You hear so many bad story's about cops that kill dogs, it is so enlightening to hear of one being saved! Thank you so much!
