Also I did want to state I do respect public city and state officials but when will we get to the point of thinking before we react- I mean do we actually need to shoot someone in the HEAD! I truly dont understand, I know fearing for ones life is also reality but there needs to be changes soon. When looking at the previous shooting that a cop shot a guy who actually had a BB-gun and a toy one at that. I think tactical training and decision need to be evaluated.

As this is my brother, I would assume trajectory of the bullet doesnt presume the gun was not directed at the officer.
