A Tulsa man has pleaded no contest to first degree manslaughter.

This is a case FOX23 has been following for three years. Prosecutors say Cody Zimmer was high on several drugs, including anti-anxiety medication, a muscle relaxer, and a sedative when he caused a deadly accident that killed Charles Kytta the third in August 2010.

Zimmer is scheduled to be sentenced in October.
