I love this story! I myself am the Tulsa Team Leader for Home Creations a local production builder & I've sold 50 plus homes since Jan in Collnsville to locals. I've been in new home construction since 2006 & can attest that 2012 has been an awesome year for new home sales. I've written article for the national assnof home builders mag & I've always said we create our own economy by supporting our local home builders! I'm exited to see what the future holds for T Town!

LOL excuse me while I snicker at this story...they might be building them but I would bet money if the sales have picked up it is due to foreigners buying them, as far as selling my home,it was up in value prior to 2008 when Obama was elected the first time, almost doubled in value from 2005 to 2008, now it is worth almost 10 thousand less than when I bought it in 2005, you don't have to be a numbers wizard to know what that means.
