Promise Hotels and The Ross Group unveiled plans to open a new development near the BOK Center.

The $16 million dollar mix use development will be at 201 S. Cheyenne and will feature a seven story Hilton Garden Inn Hotel. It will also have retail and restaurant space. The hotel is expected to be completed by 2016.

The project will fuse the existing 1970s building with new construction. The architects said they designed the space to reflect the revitalization of downtown Tulsa.
