Muskogee Police arrested a bank robbery suspect on Friday afternoon.

Police say Kelly Rewe robbed Firstar Bank located at 501 North Main Street. Bank employees told police he entered their bank and told the teller "this is a robbery" and then demanded money.

The teller complied and the suspect then left the bank on foot with approximately $2000.00 in cash.

The subject, who walks with a cane, was then located a few yards north of the bank in Ace's convenience store parking lot near North Main Street and Martin Luther King Blvd. He was taken into custody without incident.
