A Muskogee man pled guilty to possession of material involving the sexual exploitation of minors in a federal court.
Wade Allen Rogers, 47, entered the plea in connection to a 2012 investigation that alleged Rogers attempted to possess or possessed images of minors engaging in sexually explicit manors, transported in interstate commerce by computer.
Rogers pled guilty to possession of certain material involving the sexual exploitation of minors. The statutory range of punishment is not more than 10 years imprisonment and/or up to a $250,000.00 fine. The defendant remains in the custody of the United States Marshal Service.
