Muskogee County detention officer accused of molestation

A Muskogee County juvenile detention worker is charged with lewd molestation and harboring runaway teens.

Nancy Kaye Scraper faces a felony count of lewd molestation and two misdemeanor counts of harboring runaway minors. Court records accuse Scraper of molesting the 15-year old between July 16th and 27th while she was his detention officer.

Scraper is also accused of harboring the 15-year old and a 13-year old in her home between July 16th and 27th despite knowing they’d run away from foster care.
