A suspect in Tulsa’s first homicide of 2013 has now been charged with an unrelated arson in addition to the murder charge.
Warren Dixon is accused of setting the Great Adventures Child Care Center near Pine and north Lewis on fire on Christmas Day. Officials believe he used a flammable liquid to start a fire behind the business.
Around a week later, Dixon was arrested for the death of Ronnie Stanley. Stanley was shot and killed on January 4th in north Tulsa. Police say he was killed after a fight over money escalated. Jamal Long, Sean Collins and Deonta Dixon were also arrested for the murder. All four are facing a charge of first degree murder.
Dixon is now also charged with second degree arson for the fire.
