Mountain lion sighting reported in Bartlesville

There has been another reported sighting of a mountain lion in Bartlesville.

A jogger spotted the big cat near Circle Mountain on Saturday. FOX23 reported on Friday that a Bartlesville family thinks their dog was attacked and killed by a mountain lion.

April Gardiner told us she forgot to lock the doggy door and woke up Wednesday to find their dog, Maya, in the jaws of what she believes was a mountain lion.

Police said tracks near the area support Gardiner's story and they're taking steps to find the animal.
Animal control officers have set out a cage hoping to trap the mountain lion.
