Mom arrested after toddler found in cage

Child neglect charges have been filed after a toddler was found naked in the cold and another found inside a dog cage in north Tulsa.
William and Erin Lewallen are each charged with two counts of child neglect. The toddler was found outside, naked, in the cold by neighbors on Sunday night. Police investigating the incident found a little girl inside a dog cage.
Detectives investigating the case said Broken Arrow police arrested Erin Lewallen Friday evening.
Police arrested William Lewallen on Sunday night. Police say Erin Lewallen has been in jail since November 13th on larceny charges.
