New information in the case of two missing woman, one who police called dangerous and one who police said was in danger. Police said they have both woman in custody.
FOX23 digs into the case and talked to the apartment manager where Michelle Ashlock, one of the women, was found.
FOX23 talked to Tulsa police about this case. said they had Angel Proctor in custody. Monday night we told you police thought she was dangerous. They were also looking for Ashlock. Officers thought she was in danger, but now she's in custody as well. FOX23 found out Ashlock was caught at an apartment complex.
Just before 2 p.m. Tuesday, Ashlock and one other person came down from an apartment in an alleyway. It all happened because one resident at the Brownstone Apartments was paying attention.
It's a case police are even calling complicated. However, on Tuesday they found even more pieces to the puzzle and Brownstone Apartment manager Shannon Ralls is stunned her complex is a part of it. A tenant called Ralls Tuesday morning.
"She had seen a car that she hadn't seen before parked in somebody's parking that didn't have a car," said Ralls.
It just so happens that car matched the description of a Mitsubishi Gallant police had been searching for since Sunday night,
"She had seen it on the 10 o'clock news or the nightly news about this car and this girl so she said she called police. They came out and they towed the car away, said Ralls.
Police said both women in the apartment are witnesses to the death of Quinton Shaver in north Tulsa.
When asked if Ashlock may have been visiting someone in the apartment complex, said, "Not that I know. I have never seen her on the property."
FOX23 later learned from police they have reason to believe this complex is the residence of the person Ashlock was found with.
