The Muskogee Police Department have canceled a silver alert for a missing elderly man.

Bennie Crabtree, 91, was spotted driving near an area police were searching.  A silver alert was issued after he was seen leaving his home earlier today.  Police say Crabtree suffers from hypertension, diabetes, and is believed to be in an altered mental state.

Crabtree will be released to his family after doctors check him out.
