The Missouri Highway Patrol was looking for an 11-year old girl that could've been in the Tulsa area and in danger.

The Aurora Police Department initially issued an Endangered Person Advisory for Danielle Monica Smith after an incident at the Marionville Elementary School February 17, 2014 at 07:53 A.M.

OHP said Smith was abducted by non-custodial parent Andrew Smith on Monday morning at the school.

FOX23 found out around 6:30, Monday night, that the girl has been found and is safe.

The two suspects, Andrew Smith and another man, have been arrested.

At this time, all we know is the two men were trying to switch cars when they were caught with the 11-year old girl.

We will have more details on the men and the charges they face.

Stay with FOX23 as we uncover more details.

They said he has a history of abuse and has abducted her before.
