Tulsa police say they arrested Glenn Reese, 43, an ex-con with a history of meth and other arrests, at a South Tulsa Wal-Mart store Thursday night.
Reese came to the store at 81st and Lewis on a bike, and carried a backpack inside. Police say employees suspected him of shoplifting, followed him outside, and opened his backpack, finding a shake-and-bake meth lab inside.
Police were called, secured the chemicals and took Reese into custody.
TPD has busted a record number of meth labs in 2011, surpassing 330 labs; many of them the one-pot, or shake-and-bake variety.
