Betcha most of it goes to downtown and the riverbed walk to hedge their investments and the rest to the northside to buy votes with

I would vote yes if this were really to fix streets, but no if it is a slush fund for TPD. They need to separate the issues or it will all fail. TPD should be reorganized with new chiefs, and take more responsibility with how it uses its resources. Just throwing more money at corruption doesnt fix it.
