Man shot at a midtown QuikTrip, early Sunday

Tulsa police responded to a call of a man shot at a midtown Tulsa QuikTrip around 2:30 a.m. Sunday.

When police arrived at the scene they found a young male who was shot multiple times in the torso.

Witness tell officers two men were arguing when one of the men pulled out a gun and fired it several times at the victim.

The victim is expected to survive but is in the hospital.

His condition is unknown at this time.

Police tell FOX23 the victim is not cooperating with officers.

He will not tell them any details of what happened.

The shooter has not been arrested.

Police tell FOX23 they have a vague description of the individual: African American male in his 20s.

The suspect's vehicle is a dark blue Dodge Charger.

A 90s model, champagne-colored Crown Victoria fled the scene with the Charger and could also be involved in the altercation.

Sounds like he wants to go after them himself. Doubt if he'll be in good enough shape anytime soon to peel his own banana.

The victim should be arrested upon discharge from the hospital if he continues to be uncooperative with the police. It sounds like he has something to hide.
