The man charged with shooting into a crowded plaza outside the Tulsa County Courthouse pleaded not guilty on Monday.
Andrew Dennehy, 24, appeared in court and entered a plea of not guilty by reason of insanity. He’s charged with shooting with intent to kill and other firearm charges.
Prosecutors say he wandered onto the plaza last March and fired a handgun. A bystander and deputy were injured.
