Man killed in Riverside crash identified

An early morning crash on Thursday killed one person in midtown Tulsa. 

Police say the crash happened around 2:45am near 36th & Riverside. Police say a driver slammed into a tree, and the van they were driving caught fire. 

Police had to block Riverside Dr. between 31st & 41st streets to clean up the wreck. The driver has been identified as Otis Bernard Doss Jr.
