A Stillwater man is killed during a domestic dispute at a home near Okay.

Wagoner County Sheriff's Major Gary Handley says, Michael Shane Smith, 38, died as a result of his injuries early Wednesday morning.

According to Handley, Smith went to a home where his ex-wife was staying and apparently entered without permission during a dispute with a male resident.

The investigation is ongoing and no suspects have been named yet.

She was his Ex and he should not have been there. If he knew there was a problem he should have called the police and then stayed out of it. She was where she chose to be. Not saying he deserved to die for it but if he knew she was in trouble the police would have been a better choice.
