Man indicted for firing shots at River Spirit Casino

A Tulsa grand jury indicted a man accused of firing a gun into River Spirit Casino in November of 2012.
Spencer Delahunt is charged with maliciously injuring the casino. According to court documents filed in federal court, prosecutors say Delahunt fired the shots that shattered some glass at one of the casino’s entrances. No one was hurt, but it did cause a scene.
Delahunt is also charged with possession of an unregistered gun silencing device.
