Man identified in fatal crash in Rogers County

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has released the name of a man killed after being hit by a car on September 21st.
Troopers say 63-year old Thomas Winslow died while trying to cross State Highway 20 just east of Sandstone Drive in Rogers County.
Troopers say Winslow was hit by a car around 10:30 that night.
