Police tell FOX23 a man has died after falling from the roof of St. Francis Hospital.

They say just before noon on Thursday the man fell almost 100 feet, from one roof to another. Police say a man was seen walking around a construction site on the roof around 10:30 in the morning. EMSA reports a 35-year old man was pronounced dead.

Police say the man who fell doesn’t appear to be a construction worker.

St. Francis released the following statement:

Earlier today the body of a deceased male was discovered on the construction site of the Trauma Emergency Center Tower. Saint Francis Health System immediately notified police and appropriate officials. Manhattan Construction quickly stopped construction and removed workers from the site. This is an ongoing police investigation; any questions should be referred to the Tulsa Police Department.
