Man charged in Muskogee toddler's death

A Muskogee man is charged with first degree murder in the shooting death of a two-year-old boy shortly before Christmas.
Elbert Meeks was charged in Muskogee County Court on Wednesday.
He's accused of shooting and killing Ja'Cion Logan on December 21st in Muskogee during an apparent home invasion. Meeks turned himself in to Tulsa police later that day.
Meeks is currently being held in the Muskogee County Jail.
