An arrest has been made in a homicide that happened last December.

Tulsa Police believe Shelvon Williams is responsible for the Christmas Eve shooting death Shawn Banks. Banks was killed during a party at the Town Square apartments.

The arrest report says there was some kind of fight over a stolen weapon, and during that argument witnesses say Banks "disrespected" a gang member, who had been killed two weeks earlier, which may have led to the shooting.

Williams Bond being held on more than $150,000 bond.
