UPDATE: Amber Hilberling's bond has been set at $250,000. She's scheduled to be arraigned on June 15th at 9am on a first degree murder complaint.

Tulsa Police say they've arrested a woman in connection with the death of her husband Tuesday afternoon at the University Club Tower apartment building, located near 17th & Carson.

Police tell FOX23 at this time they believe there was some sort of dispute inside an apartment before the victim fell from the 25th floor onto an 8th story parking garage.

"There was some sort of argument. It was brief and then the crashing of the window and the gentleman fell out," says Sgt. Dave Walker.

Officers arrested 19-year-old Amber Hilberling on a murder complaint.  She was booked on a first degree murder complaint uprgraded from a second degree murder complaint earlier Tuesday.  The victim is identified as her husband, 23-year-old U.S. Air Force airman, Joshua Hilberling, of Tulsa.  A police report indicates she told officers she pushed Joshua Hilberling with her hands during an argument, causing the fall.

A check of court records indicates Joshua filed an emergency protective order against Amber on May 10, 2011, but it was dropped on May 24 when court records indicate Joshua didn't show up for court.

Court records show the two married in July of 2010.

Police detectives say Amber is pregnant, her Facebook page indicates she's 8 months pregnant.

I am supposed to move into the Univ. Club Towers in August. Originally to an apartment on the 19th floor, but now the current tenant has decided to not to move. The landlord has informed me of an two apartments available, one on the 15th floor and one on the 25th floor. Of course I immediately fear that the apt. available on the 25th floor is the scene of this horrible crime. Can anyone please tell me their exact apt. number. I will of course ask the land lord point blank, but just in case, all though hopefully noy, we are blatantly lied to. Honestly same apt or not I am little freaked out to live on the same floor period, neurotic, I know.

He was trying to leave she killed him. She was probably yelling NO telling him "no you can't leave me...she couldn't handle rejection and not having control. If she ever gets out of prison her next husband will have a death sentence also...

I live in the apartment next door to the apt where it happened. I never heard him yell ever. Tuesday around 4 I heard a woman start yelling NO NO NO NO NO then I heard someone running with the no scream continuing and then the bang/window breaking then I heard a woman yelling oh my god oh my god oh my god...... then it was all quiet. An hour later the police were at my door asking to take photos from my windows and warned me I might not want to look. After they left I looked and what I saw was horrible. No one that could do that to another human being should be free. I hope justice is served in it's maximum form. And as for her attorney claiming self defence... what else could he claim? She pushed him out the freaking window. She told the cops she pushed him out the window. The cops told me she pushed him out the window. I cannot believe she is out walking around Tulsa right now. We lived in a messed up world people.

I live next door and over the past few weeks I never hear him yell once.... Tuesday I heard her screaming no no no no no then someone running or stomping... then I heard a crash and glass breaking... an hour or so later the police wanted to take photos from my window and warned me I might not want to look out the window. What I saw was horrible and no human that would do that to another deserves to be free.

If you know Rhonda and Dr. Bryan Whitlock, then you understand Amber came from a very dysfunctional home. Maybe Amber didn't intend to kill Josh, but she had been abusing him for months (broke his finger, broke his tooth, pushed him down stairs, punched him in the face and cracked his head open more than once). I honestly was afraid she was going to kill her baby once he was born. Amber has been very sick for years and her mom didn't give her the psychiatric help she needed. I doubt the baby means anything to her; seems like it was just a way to manipulate Josh to always come back.

This whole thing is tragic. However, I hope the fact that her mother and step father are local cosmetic surgeons and very wealthy will not allow this obviously troubled girl to get off scott free. (i.e. A wealthy persons defense often affords a lighter sentence.) It seems this girls temper got the best of her, but while it is unlikely she intended to kill her husband, she will need to pay a heavy price for doing just that.
