Long time Tulsa news reporter Bill Mitchell has passed away.
Mitchell died on Friday after a lengthy illness.
Mitchell worked for KTUL for more than 20 years and had a 42 year career in broadcasting. He retired in December of 2012.
Bill Mitchell was 69. Funeral arrangements have not been announced.
