Rosalie Goodwin is fighting for her life after her near drowning one month ago in a neighborhood Owasso pool.  She is suffering from brain damage after oxygen was cut off to her brain.

Her family said they are not mad about what happened, they are asking God for help to bring Rosalie back.

“God has her, Jesus has her,” said Rosalie’s mother, Tiffany Goodwin.  Something happened to Goodwin on Friday morning.

“God just came to me and was like Tiffany… If I allow myself to live with god hand in hand in the moment, he gets us through that moment.”

She describes Rosalie as a fun-loving, happy, sweet diva.

“One of her most favorite lines was, I'd say ‘Rosalie stop it,’ and she'd say ‘You stop it,’” said Goodwin.

When the accident first happened on June 6th it was at a neighborhood pool in Owasso and at the time Tiffany struggled to see God’s will.  That’s changed.

“We don't know what that will is but if it's to take her to heaven to be with Him that's a wonderful place to be,” said Goodwin.

Tiffany takes pride in teaching her children about God at a young age.

“I think she was one-years-old and she would hold her little hands up to her head before we would eat reminding us to pray.”

She believes no matter what happened Rosalie has already given so much in her short life and she prays she can live on to keep on giving and being that miracle.

There is a fund set up at The First Bank of Owasso under Rosalie Goodwin to help pay for her medical bills.
